We collect the information you give us directly: account details (name, email, phone), business details (business name, category, location, description), the products and services you list, and any information submitted as part of identity, email, or phone verification.
We use this information to operate your storefront, display your listings to buyers, enable buyer-to-seller chat, apply verification badges, and maintain your accounting records within bSuite Plus.
Subscription payments and buyer payments to sellers are handled directly by Paystack. bSuite Plus does not store your card details — Paystack processes and secures all payment information under its own security standards.
We do not sell your data. Business and listing information you choose to publish is shown publicly on your storefront by design. Other account information is shared only where necessary to operate the service (for example, with Paystack to process payments) or where required by law.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls on internal systems. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and we encourage sellers to use strong, unique passwords.
You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Some information (such as records needed for tax or dispute purposes) may need to be retained for a period even after a deletion request.
